KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

  • Use your knowledge on our promotions and products to successfully sell product to the clients on your route.
  • Offer new product to stores in your route 
  • Keep current customers satisfied and attract new ones.
  • Negotiate promotions and new product introductions with the store managers/owners
  • Coordinate and lead promotional activities in store
  • Develop customer relationships and respond to selling opportunities

Customer Service

  • Proudly represent the company out in the market and deliver exceptional customer service to clients by properly stocking product, merchandising, and rotating product.
  • Build rapport and relationships with clients.
  • Merchandise and rotate product at stores maintaining a proper inventory with our clients
  • Monitor product rotation. Assure freshness in all products
  • Represent the company out in the market and assure the best high level of service by achieving 100% weekly effectiveness

Driving

  • You would be driving our trucks to deliver Latino products to stores/restaurants in your assigned route.

Inventory Management

  • Place product order, review it and upload it every day before leaving the warehouse.
  • Responsible for truck cleanliness, inventory, and equipment.
  • Close daily sales with check in clerk.
  • Responsible for using company iPhone to invoice, manage truck inventories, etc.

Cash Handling

  • Change the collected cash into money orders when needed and close daily sales with the Check in clerk

What do you need?

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean background check
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
