Sales Representative

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Average commission of 850
  • Responsible for the product sales and delivery to customers
  • Merchandise and rotate product at stores maintaining a proper inventory with our clients
  • Negotiate promotions and new products introductions with the store managers/owners
  • Responsible for using company iPhone to invoice, manage truck inventories, etc.
  • Coordinate and lead promotional activities in store
  • Monitor product rotation. Assure freshness in all products
  • Responsible for the truck integrity: Cleanness, inventory and equipment.
  • Responsible for managing the truck inventory
  • Place product order, review it and upload it every day before leaving the warehouse.
  • Change the collected cash into money orders when needed and close daily sales with the Check in clerk
  • Represent the company out in the market and assure the best high level of service by achieving 100% weekly effectiveness
  • Develop customer relationships and respond to selling opportunities
  • Warehouse clerks 10-13 per hour

KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION

•             Bilingual skills desired (Spanish/English)

•             Valid Texas Driver License

•             Retail or DSD (Direct Store Distribution) experience desired

•             Proficient managing technological devices

•             Comfortable working by him/herself and driving around the metroplex

•             Customer oriented

•             Responsible and committed

•             Availability to work during the weekends.
